In the State of Florida, there is currently one form of licensure for social workers—the LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker. The requirements include a Master's degree in social work with specified coursework, two years of supervision after graduation, an 8-hour Florida Laws and Rules course, and successful completion of the Clinical national exam from the Association of Social Work Boards. Recent graduates of social work programs who plan to pursue licensure in Florida should become Registered Interns with the State of Florida while obtaining supervision.

If true, the 17-8 numbers are a joke! It clearly shows these merit bonuses are a joke! I have no confidence in their evaluations and will not be voting for any of them!

Actually I'm more curious why the staff at 171 scored so low?

Don' t take the bait, Colonel. This clown hasn't spent one ounce of energy "helping these offenders to get their lives turned around." We all know that's a fraud.

You're right. Half the time I think civilians, ex inmates and ex offenders post on here. It makes me feel better. The thought of certified staff posting such nonsense scares and bothers me. We have enough moles in this department as it is. We all know they exist on both sides of the fence. When a warden was asked how he could control the amount of contraband that enters his prison, he stated fire the staff. These moles ruin all the hard work everyone else does every day and kill our morale. They are why things are the way they are. Couple that with a knee jerk administration who practice pennywise but pound foolish practices and see why DC has become a cesspool.

Hug a Thug tomorrow because youre bring graded on whether they fail on probation, smoke crack, beat their wife, or come back to prison. We've become armed nannys.

I agree. FDC has become a terrible place to work. They expect us to be enthused about our jobs, asking to teach the fraud T4C, do CSW, extra 40 hrs of training for a lousy bonus that none of us will see. Only the higher ups, there suck ups will get the money. Also, the money will fall under affirmative action, by race, sex and location. Many outstanding officers will lose out and many back sliders will cash in. No doubt about it.

You apparently have never worked in an Albert Hill office lol! Also I would suggest reading the book "The Drunkard's Walk: How Randomness Rules Our Lives" The book covers statistical forensics. Circuit 17 statistacal numbers do not represent a system that is truely objective. I bet you will find simalar paterns in other circuits and through out the state! You should not see such statiscal divergences if a system is truel objective.
