Great question what is going to happen to this guy that has racked up more questionable incidents than any other person in the department the last few years. This idiot thats suppose to be behind a desk representing its members has single handedly embarrassed and brought this department to an all time low. SO what is Internal Affairs going to do?? what they have been doing, nothing.

Internal Affairs is going to do NOTHING. They all will do as City Hall directs and how the Chief tells them. As long as Ortiz is union Pres. they have what they need and want running the show.
