Thanks for serious replies, any word of FWC trying 10hr or 12 hours shifts?
I would think you would want a experienced deputy to come over...instead of academy grads with NO experience.

12 hour shifts will never happen. We aren't a 24 hour shift patrol like the deputies, plus 12 hours on a boat seriously?? 10 hour shifts went up for a vote shortly after the DEP and AG merger and got shot down swiftly.
