Has anyone seen the emails this guy is sending out? What an embarrassment. Outside agencies must be laughing their a$$ off when they try to read his emails, I know we have been here locally since he took over. He can’t even put a coherent sentence together. Affirmative action at its best. They don't care if he can't write, but they can point their fingers and say, (see, we also promoted a black person to Major). They don't care if he can't do the job, but he is a yes men and that's what they want.

He’s educated per his bio that the Colonel sent out but he must’ve bought his degree. He can’t even hold an intelligent conversation much less put it in writing. No wonder Troop F was more than happy to get rid of him. Now the entire Troop J can suffer

I have come to the conclusion there is no promotion or move the Colonel or executive staff can make that will make you useless $hitbags happy. Why don’t you all just end your miserable existence, because you are not winning anything by whining here!

It doesn't matter who gets promoted some whiny trooper will come on here and throw shots at that person. Instead of hating the promotion why not congratulate the person. If your job sucks that bad quit or get promoted and start making the change in your area. No one's pergect, but give the guy a chance. Captain / soon to be Major Bill Harris is a fantastic person. Stop the hatred and starting making a positive difference.
