Sure you can just look at all the videos on YouTube. A citizen can not be arrested for filming cops it's your constitutional right. Also you don't have to worry about some deputy trying to flex his muscles if he sees you filming him they all know sheriff Scott backs up the citizens of his county, so they won't dare tell you anything.

Yes they can. US District court in Illinois held it was unconstitutional for a state to have any statute preventing the recording of on duty police officers. The US supreme court accepted the petition but refused to hear the case deferring back to the DCA ruling holding such actions prohibiting the recording as unconstitutional. That was back in 2012.

Tape all you want.. It doesn't make the arrest go away
