"McNabb retained"

"McNabb will be reinstated to active duty and serve as a training officer and coordinate the police Mini-Academy training program, roles that would not require court testimony."

This is outrageous. If the state attorney says the man's testimony is unacceptable due to his previous behavior, McNabb should have been terminated for lying and for being "...unfit for duty." Placing him in a "teaching" position is hubris and perfidy.

Failure to terminate this person is continued evidence of corruption in the department and the city. The union never should have backed this person. The administration of the City and the PD continues to document that it is a cesspool. Local residents should be outraged.

Congrats Sgt McNabb! I'm sure that "disgusting", who started this post, is probably a Jerry Hill minion or a friend or family member of the accuser, who by the way, the FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT, found to be untruthful and questionable at best with her story. But what was also nice to see was your Police Chief standing up for one of her officers who she thought was being targeted. Congrats to you too Chief :cop:

From publicity available about Jerry Hill, he seems to be a bully to honest people and friend to criminals' attorneys so he can get re-elected. He seemingly pleads out too many strong cases, appears to reduce charges to keep from doing his job, and is a political person.

Obviously "disgusting" is clueless. Maybe anytime someone accuses a police officer we should fire them. Just get rid of everybody. Ridiculous. Its obvious that if you want to be a criminal, come to the 10th judicial. "no bill Hill's" office pleas out most cases to keep their conviction rate high. Remember the 10 time convicted felon shooting someone a while back....why was he a ten time convicted felon? Why wasnt he in prison?

How come when the SAO's main witness failed her lie detector test it was blamed on a soft drink...the test was never given again without said soft drink. How come she lied in an internal LPD investigation? She even lied to FDLE saying she slept with someone who proved at the time he was in a body cast.

Ive testified numerous times fir the SAO. Never once have I been asked to take a lie detector test. Just because someone doesnt like your answer your automatically damaged goods and cant testify. Simply ridiculous especially when the star of the show lied several times and the co-star quit while under investigation.

Stand strong and dont forget to vote....

But as we all know, that will never happen. As it would never happen with the wanna be god king Xerxes at the sheriff's office and that place is rife with cover ups and scandals that the media refuses to acknowledge.

BUT the officers can send a message to Jerry Hill that his double sided sword, blind eye and lack of hearing has no effect on the good people at LPD by simply voting YES to having confidence to Chief Womack!

So according to the Lakeland Liar ( aka the ledger ) Jerry Hill says he will apologize to Sgt McNabb and accept his testimony if Sgt McNabb will take a polygraph. But as the sleezy politician that he is, I'll be willing to bet what he means is he will undo the wrong against Sgt McNabb if Sgt McNabb takes a polygraph from one of HIS polygraph examiners so he can control the outcome.

It wouldn't surprise me if he offered to have the polygraph exam taken at the pcso by the highly credible and integrity filled polygrapher (not) who was in charge of LPD when all of the current problems began and were covered up and currently works for his lil buddy GJ.

And to up the stakes he has got his little buddy GJ to publicly add to it by saying Sgt McNabb can no longer assist with anything in the county. Jerry hill could've advised LPD of these situations privately through a simple email or a visit in person but what harm would that do? NONE! so like his little wormy friend in green he puts it in the ledger to try to bluff Sgt McNabb into his trap but, sorry to say, JH, Sgt McNabb is much smarter than you.

And since this joke of an offer wont work, next JH will try to say Sgt McNabb can no longer work outside of the LPD building or drive a marked patrol car or wear a uniform and has to change his last name and can no longer salute the flag or leave the city limits ( even on personal time /off duty) and trespass the Sgt from the city of Bartow and from all courthouse parking lots. Have I missed anything JH?

Ahhhhhhhh I got it. Sgt McNabb can no longer face south because that is where JH's office is in Bartow and that's against the JH constitution and lets just say he also cannot look to the east cause that's the direction of your lil buddies castle.

Just know Sgt McNabb that you are respected and admired by the people that know you and know what you stand for. :cop:
