Maybe Coral Springs is having the same personnel issue as BSO, where there is not enough talent to promote from within. Perhaps Coral Springs H.R. should contact the City of Ft. Lauderdale. They appear to have an unlimited talent pool over there!

The fact that Dejesus, in his BSO Bio, claimed to help the City of Coral Gables receive a Class 1 ISO rating and be the first department in Florida to achieve this, shows me how much of a scumbag he really is. The City of Miami Fire Dept. received a Class 1 ISO rating in 1964.
