New admins motto "We will do things right"

I guess the we do things the right way depends on who and what it is. It's pretty sad to see all the newly promoted command staff. I it's true we have no hope after all incredible.

Its sad that a newly hired officer that's still on probation get appointed Sgt. They should have giving it to Ramos he's done his time, or any other full timer that's off his probation.

I doubt that, aren't you guys required to take the Sgt's exam in order to screen the best qualified candidate for the position?

LMAO you guys seriously are the joke of south florida law enforcement. Professionalism starts at the top and look at what your department has as a fearless leader. It only makes sense that if your chief is a borderline retard/scum bag the entire department will be full of pathetic losers. It's funny being a Sweetwater police officer alone is a grounds to get DQ from the big departments hiring process, even though they have to find some legitimate reason to 07 the application once background investigators at real departments see SPD the person is done.
