He only resigned because they gave him the opportunity to resign instead of being fired. Just like the do to most that are about to be fired. He did not do anything stand up, I'm pretty sure he quit because they said quit or be fired. The man did not need to be in law enforcement.

They gave him, a problem child, a chance to resign after being a supervisor's nightmare as long as he was here. Had they didn't, he probably would have gotten suspended. Sleeping on the job hadn't got anyone fired that I know of. Both times I worked mids I got caught sleeping on the job once but after I got my ass spanked I didn't repeat it. It is still interesting though. Why did they let him resign when he was a total f##k-up, but others have done far worse, got suspended, and fired others for far less and didnt let resign? It just goes to show that you can be a total cluster-f##k and get off easy, and sa good one and get raped in the ass.
