According to who? Cops are still leaving, violent crime rate has never been higher, and employees are miserable. You must think the Cubans love Castro as well.

What job has he done so far" withoutadoubt", he has made everyone around him miserable and morale has never been this low. Violent crime is up and arrests are way down. People do not want to work for him and that is his track record. Actually, he has many similarities to Castro.
