Has anyone been called for processing from the Officer posting about a month or two ago?

what is the normal timeline to hear from an investigator? not for scheduling an oral board but just making initial contact stating they're looking over your app and conducting a pre-lim background check? Thanks

They know who they want before they even open up the recruitment.

With the hiring process, does HR conduct an interview and an oral board on two separate occasions or is it only the oral board?

HR does not conduct anything; all they do is receive paperwork. SPD Training/Recruitment will conduct an entrance interview...pass that and they will schedule an Oral Board. Good luck.
