    Privatize the Plantation Police Department

How to Privatize the Plantation Police Department.

I chose the one in my back yard for personal reasons since November 15th, 2011 when the Plantation Police decided to protect their friend---Radall Pettitt against an accusation I had made in a book titled DISCRIMINATION: A True Story About Randy Pettitt and the Plantation Fire Department. That was an interesting day for me. I was surprised when Detective Murray phoned me in to talk about some information the police received and my interpretation to it. At first it was alleged mail fraud, but the police seemed more interested in my published book than anything. I wrote in my book that while volunteering as a volunteer firefighter I had observed Randy Pettitt (volunteer firefighter) logging on to fire calls while he was dressed in his post office uniform and with the postal vehicle parked at Station One. During the police interrogation I was stunned when Detective Murray asked me, "Did you report Randy?" I knew right then and there that these cops are Randy's personal buddies. I should have reported him. Match those 70% fire call status to his work schedule. He'd say he was on his breaks...yeah, well then he'd be stealing city time. NO EXCUSE, pal. I've seen similar stories on WSVN channel 7.

I denied everything----actually had a little fun with the interrogation and just before it was over with, former Fire Chief Joe Harris walks into the interrogation room. Detective Murray said, "You know him?" Former fire Chief Joe Harris got to play cop. Detective Harris in action!

Former fire chief Joe Harris sat down and made himself comfortable, basically claimed that I was guilty for everything and that I'm never allowed to apply anywhere to be a firefighter ever again, to stay away from his fire department, and to never go into any government facility...etc., etc. it's all on tape....unless of course, that tape just happened to get lost. I never confessed to anything. Besides, what evidence did Joe Harris have? That's another thing. Detective Murray told me there were THREE mysterious witnesses who claimed that I went to the fire department and made threats. How would I have known there was a fire call, detective? I turned all my gear in when I resigned....including my radio pager. And which station did this happen at? No signed statements. I saw a psychologist over all this nonsense and even she encouraged me to file suit.

I don't want to lose the reader's belief in this story...I mean, it sounds so far fetched at this point, but let me toss one more you'll-never-believe: During the interrogation at the police department there must have been five or six white male cops that crammed their selves into this tiny interrogation room when former fire chief Joe Harris came in. It was like they were there to hold me back from jumping Harris for his big fat redneck mouth, but oddly, once the fire chief shut his big fat mouth, a familiar looking cop began asking me questions without mentioning his own name: "You turned in shirts, uniforms, everything?" I was trying to figure out who he is. "Do you have guns?" I don't know who this cop was, but he did look similar to the cop who shoved his gun in my mouth six years prior. F..k it! I wrote it anyway. It's been years and all those white cops look alike.

Let me tell you something....YOU NEVER CONFESS....Once the detective slams that clipboard in front of your face, you are on your way to freedom. They will put their arm around you and pretend to be your best friend in the world----"Aren't you tired of carrying this on your chest? Come on...I promise you it will all be over and you will feel so much better...." What they need is one thing: CONFESSION! Then they will have you sign forms...you will be your own worse enemy. Your freedom becomes toast. I don't care if they have you on video robbing a bank with your social security number written on the front and back of your shirt. You are NOT guilty. There are similar fingerprints, there are identical twins, there are identical social security numbers and there are lawyers that will go to war for you to get you off if you give them room to play with. If you confess, all your lawyer can aim for is a lesser charge, or try to keep you off death row. Important to tell your lawyer everything. He's the only friend you have.

Police and fire officials claimed I was guilty until proven innocent in the eyes of Plantation. Man............, did they sure duck a civil suit....again. I filed a discrimination charge against the Plantation fire department: Case #510-2011-05695 with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on 09/13/2011. Detective Murray wanted to know weather I'd confess to mail fraud charges, or they'd have to turn the case over to the Postal Inspector. I told him "yes, turn it over to the Postal Inspector." I figured, sure, go ahead. Oddly, that never happened. They had to protect Randy. By the way, US Postal Inspectors who read this? You can't do your job!.....Anyway, I went home. The mail fraud that they showed me was laughable. I knew Randy didn't do it because he's so illiterate. I remember listening to him read during a class in the fire academy. He only knows how to stick mail in a box and pour water on a fire.

    INTERESTING:

There was a volunteer firefighter who was accused of stealing a pick up truck from Station One a few years back. Randy snitched on him. What's disgusting about the entire thing is that this alleged truck thief had all my PDF. formats for resumes to type up from, that I gave him to help him land a police job----including copies of my old police applications for references. I had some medical papers notarized in those applications and he never returned them to me. He hates Randy for getting him kicked out of the Plantation fire department. Basically, he returned a pick up truck to a repo agency who gave him a cash reward for turning it in, or it was over a credit issue...one or the other. But the Plantation Police did not file charges against him, but the fire department didn't like it, so they had him step down. He's a cop now. Why wouldn't he have been behind the mail fraud? Did the police ask Randy if anyone else had it in with him who could be a suspect? Just blame it on the quiet guy who wrote a book.

Three days after the 11/15/2011 interrogation I received a voice mail from Detective Murray, "We have the polygraph test all set up for you. Give us a call back." I asked myself, "No postal inspector? It's a postal issue...hmmm? You guys really want to keep Randy Pettitt away from them for some obvious reason." ...Not to mention the book I wrote.

I hired an attorney. *Always get yourself a lawyer* Even he knew that this case was ridiculous and the fact that these guys are protecting Randy by intimidating me into NOT turning over fire call records of Mr. Randy Pettitt. By the way, Randy Pettitt still works for the post office because my accusation was never investigated. I posted in my book about a cop that stuck a gun in my mouth. And the one detective at the interrogation (I forget his name) asked, "Why didn't you report it?" ...Why didn't I report it? It's published in my book on the desh in front of him and he's asking why I didn't report it? Come on..., but this still has not been investigated. You don't want to be a snitch in life like Randy is. That comes back to haunt you, and that day finally came back to him. That's why Detective Murray told me Randy does not want to file charges against me if I confessed to the mail fraud. Tell him to confess to logging on to fire calls when he should have been delivering mail.

This fire department's staff (now former Chief Joe Harris and others) made threats to Lulu Publishing to have a published book removed from world wide publication titled: DISCRIMINATION: A True Story about Randy Pettitt and the Plantation Fire Department on 11/18/2011 visit, or contact http://lulu.com for verification. Case #00642466 I read about a former employee who got $300,000 for wrongful termination at this fire department and I could have had the same break too. I was left with nothing. I regret not suing them and if Joe Harris resigned because of all this, then the city will continue to hide and play it off hoping I'll disappear. I won't forget Detective Murray telling me the book will never sell a million copies. Let's see here, how many books have sold a million copies...Misery, Hunt for Red October, It, The Shining, ...not too many at all. This was an Ebook. It was designed to put folks on the edge of their seats and they didn't like it. I republished it, anyway, for anyone to read it for FREE. It's out there.

Think about it...what does that make you think? That the law "only" applies to certain people, right? You drive by the Plantation Police Department knowing that your rights never applied there. My car tops stolen back in 2001 at the Agriculture Department, my radio stolen from my car at my condo. That, that place solely survives off your taxes without benefits. This police department is worthless to me. I had to quit the Plantation Fire Department. It's a very cold place when you are not wanted there.

As you read this story it becomes more interesting, doesn't it? It pays to have witness names, case numbers and dates in order. No matter what job you have, always keep records of everything---diaries are fine, but keep all original memos, or anything documented----that's important. Former Chief Harris quickly resigned, not too long after I began publishing stories over the Internet about this day we had together at the Plantation Police Department. Hey, enough said about me, besides, I'm disabled and just waiting to win my disability (finally get that pension) and I'm moving to New Zealand.

Back to privatizing the Plantation Police Department:

Through privatizing the Plantation Police Department, they can still be equipped with arresting powers, unmarked cars, a private dispatch service and the ability to call for mutual assistance from neighboring law enforcement. They will be minus a few expenses like: pensions, overtime, insurance, 401k, etc. The city of Plantation will save millions of dollars. No firearms though. Maybe teasers. Did I spell that right? It's certainly not an easy thing to start a private police force. I will try to obtain and petition the court, much like an independent agency under Virginia Code Ann 9.1-101. Although this is Florida, I'd have to work harder than what many civilians are doing in other states' towns like policing powers of the Manassas Housing Police Authority include the city of Manassas, Prince William County and Manassas Park, to name a few. The state of Minnesota has 59 privatized police departments alone----ALONE!

If Plantation Police becomes privatized, the entire Broward County will perhaps follow. The Plantation Volunteer Fire Department only pays their firefighter $6 per call. Believe me, once you place the thought in the minds of city hall, anything is possible----remember, everything boils down to dollars and cents.

If it all works out the Plantation Police Department will operate on private funding with enough money for twice the positions. The officers have the goal of dealing with "quality of life issues," or the minor problems before they become big problems like they currently have----discrimination, lawsuits, the whole nine yards. A private company like Barton could contract the police and all those problems will be lifted from the city. So many more police jobs will be created from this. And with obamacare coming into effect they really have nothing to lose. (Giggles) I was laughing at something else...really!

    That's the whole story. REMEMBER:

"There is two sides to every story: There is your side to the story, there is their side to the story...and then, there is the truth!" -Detective Murray (on phone 11-15-2011)

    September , 2013
    Dear U.S. House of Representatives,

We have recently done extensive research on the PRIVATIZATION of Law Enforcement in our country and how it benefits the economy and employment, the city's, county's and state's budget and many other benefiting aspects. Currently, there are not enough police officers policing our society and by privatizing law enforcement we can bring a better and more assuring feeling to Americans that we are no longer a police state, but an equal rights system under control of the people. A feeling of assurance that the police will truly be "serving and protecting us all."

I hope you will consider my proposal, if you would like I could provide you with the statistics/budget proposal that will save tax payers billions of dollars. Thank you for your time.

    Sincerely

    Law Abiding Citizen

Thank god the truth about the conspiring minds of the FD and PD has finally been published in such a reliable venue as this one. Your phone must be ringing off the hook. ...Yawns..., I was never interested in being a worthless volunteer firefighter. And no, I don't live in the city anymore. I'm a driver for an escort agency --->visiting<---- the city of Plantation in response to dozens of calls a week. Proudly serving all sorts of residents from cops to janitors; teachers to preachers. Hey! "The grass is greener." Right?

You and me both, pal! Your department has a history of killing firefighters...or do I need to embarrass your job by posting that evidence here? If I'm insane..., what does that make a police officer breaking into a townhouse and blasting away a firefighter named Robert Pete????

OMG get the phuck over it, your lil blonde boy was no angel as a matter a fact he was the biggest ass we all ever knew. Now did he deserve what happened because he was clearly dating someone who clearly lost it? no, we all know that. Listen, get a real job or a real city that your dreams may come true working with a real FD, not he ones that burn down malls LMAO...by the way. slow the phuck down responding to your lil false fire alarms for your $7 dollar thumb stamp. tickets cost are going up and it would be quite embarrassing seeing you come into court fireman with a speeding ticket.

Re: Privatize the Plantation Police Department

Pete was a blonde boy? I never knew him. I only joined the fire department to get vested for a pension----being physically disabled with rods and a recent titanium clamp added; now depending on a $1,300 a month disability check. That pecker-head Randy Pettitt and the rest of the Plantation fire Department have been discriminating me over my situation since 2006. No..., I can't get over it. I have to live with it; and that crap about the mail fraud makes me even more furious since Pettitt was too quick at snitching on everyone else the time came when "he" should have been arrested for logging in to fire calls while he was delivering mail. That's fraud, you know? Randy tried to get me arrested when that pedophile Terence Benson was using my computer. Randy called YOUR department and told the police that I might be involved. I hate that *******! Mary Barth, Mike Roth and Brian Sullivan were running around talking to everyone about me writing stories online about the 2006 murder suicide. When I finally was cleared by a health specialist to return to the fire department they were infuriated. My first month as a volunteer-queer I was driving home and a cop pulled me over and asked if I had drugs on me. I don't even know if he was a Plantation cop. He asked me to open my mouth to see if I was hiding anything and stuck a gun in my mouth----HARD! Forcing my head against the head rest. NO, I can't get over it. And all "their" stupid gossip about me lead to that. ....Is it true that when the take-down lights are off that dash camera doesn't record?....That's what that cop said when I told him it was all recorded. The point of privatization was an interesting story I posted here; since we pay for goods and services in this country and law enforcement provides neither one----maybe if you become a victim; you may be serviced, but never receive goods. I never committed any mail fraud. The guy who stole the pick up truck from Station One had to do that. Randy saw him take the keys during a firefighter memorial service and called the cops on him. That suspect read my book and planned it all just right. He never returned my notarized physical papers, or applications with references I let him borrow----he was trying to land a job as a cop; now he is one; last I knew. I left a voice message about the entire scenario on his cell and he vanished. He never returned my attorney's calls either. I could have got arrested for what I "believe" he did. The former fire chief "Joe Harris" basically bought the entire story of me being the suspect and came down to the Plantation Police Department and just showed up out of nowhere spilling it on me. He blamed me for EVERYTHING. That fat redneck hick! Speaking of tickets, I'm in the escort business for now----pays under the table, it's easy work: advertising and driving. 7 bucks a print now? Really? That's what they pay now? Sounds like they'll get them calls up to $8 in the next ten years. They need a union. I've had several speeding tickets in the last year----all dismissed thanks to the Ticket Clinic.
