It’s really disappointing that Lopez is only the deputy chief on paper. It’s apparent garcia is #2 and Lopez is left out of decisions just like Kitchell was. Garcia does not report to Lopez and Moffett follows whatever garcia says because they are connected in so many questionable ways.

A lot of you whole arses are either being sneakily quiet or scratching your hollow heads. You see a select few benefitted from bringing back Muppet and it was done so in a dirty way. Others regret it because now you see what many already knew about him and that is he's always been about himself and will never change. How do you like him now?
Bringing back Muppet was the worst decision and resulted in Mini Major running this place, Armpit having the best job here and some screwed up promotions, not to mention Muppet traveling and career building while we all suffer. Our union should change from FOP to FOM for friends of muppet.
