H-T reporter flubbed BIG TIME on 20/20

Anyone looking at the facts and photos can clearly see it was a murder.

Wake up guys do you really think 20/20 is going to waste time and $ on a Suicide story,Scratch your theory on cell tower pings that B.Beach didnt know how to obtain let alone read.Boyfriend goes home says hi to his tennant @ 3am(shows his face)drops off the cell phone @ home gets in the car,back to the island.If you dont learn to think outside the box,you will be on foot patrol till your 20yr is up .That is if they do not close that 2 car garage down that T.F. and SGT L.D. call headquarters.

The only thing leos protect at the B.Beach is each others ass.Speciale was quoted "I will not reopen this case that would show our dept. had errored"

The Bradenton Beach Police Department SHOULD be a laughing stock. Seriously.. Do you feel safe if you live on the beach? They resemble the caracture of the local copy that gives local police forces a bad name. Uninterested, Under-trained, and just pushing up taxes, driving new cars and threatening to strike if they don't get paid.

The Bradenton Beach PD should be disbanded and replaced with the services of the Manatee County Sheriff's office.

The Bradenton Beach Police Department has now embarrassed Manatee County on two National TV shows with their inability to properly investigate a homicide. They were saved from further embarrassment by not appearing on the show. The news clips of Diaz really made him look stupid.


They are a DISGRACE to Law Enforcement.

The evidence of homicide is overwhelming.

A story in Bradenton Herald 8/16/2010 by reporter Beth Burger said the murder theory was promoted by mediums (psychics) who communicated with the deceased in the spirit world.

Two psychics and a reporter, wow, it must be true. :snicker:

Thinking “outside the box” is a euphemism for suspending logic, a neurotic defense mechanism to escape reality.

Now getting back to reality, the 20/20 piece was merely a prelude to what’s coming. ABC understands the legal value of mitigation in light of the skewed polygraph they previously aired. They promised equal time to the accused (all of them) and this was Part 1. Wait to see Part 2 when ABC airs the final investigative conclusion.

what ruins the credibility of the murder theory is the 3 forensic experts who were paid to render their opinions that it was a staged crime scene. Expert #1 was stripped of his medical license...he engaged 2 crime scene techs to render their opinions based on his findings.
