When Overton walks in for his first day on the job, his first step should be not to trust the current administration. His second step, if he is going to be sucessful, is to get rid of them ASAP.

Overton rose through the ranks in Hialeah and was known as a cops cop. He was well respected amongst the troops and always backed his subordinates. Unfortunately as he continued to rise in rank he lost his way. A man of faith forgot what he stood for have in to political pressure in order to keep his four little stars. Before you knew it, he was dancing on the strings of the puppet master. I have known and worked with this man for over twenty years and have lost all respect for him and what he represents. Watch your backs! Oh and "god bless you". Soon you'll start feeling a sharp pain in your rectum every time you hear those words used.
