4 real, got all these sapps who shouldnt be here to begin with. These people just really need to turn down the suck. Of course they dont know how to run it thats why things are so screwed up and they make up rules as they go.I wish someone could see how top heavy we are when we have sergeants suprvising a a squad of one or two like in BC or even a Lt who is over a unit all by himself. not to mention the executive officer /sergeant who has NO one he supervises. all i can ask is what is wrong with this picture.

No will see. It's been like that for a thousand years in this place. Place is full of misfits, has beens and never will bes that's why they are here. Look at all you supervisors they fit the criteria, and Wilbur knew it when he promoted them, look at some of these agencies. T be a lt you need a four year degree, a sgt for at least three years and300 hours advance specialized. I dont think one lt here has that, and the excuse is that willbur doesn't have to pool to pick from, well who's fault is that. Not our fault tht we got the rejects from the retirement home, old decrepitde wheel chair bound, like a Ben gay factory around these parts, wait till promotions come, here it is and a little birdy told me, Rowland will be professional standars captain, Madrid, over operations, spots over is, herrin over ci, and that will be all for now

I thought Johnson was going to get south command Lt, Madrid over Y and E and Bennis Capt over south command.? Its what I heard

If we just had security thats all we need. Any crime security could call broward or any agency to investigate, The tribe would save millions. Security does most of the casino work anyway. FBI and BIA could do any major crime inv. Sounds good council should look into this.

Yeah, the tribe does not want that. You can not control and manipulate another outside agency . With their own agency they own you like chattel.

Two officers lay offed today, from the road think they been here maybe six months, what I don't get is tht the road gets payed off because of money but some of these special units a spending more money than the department has

No layoffs but they are just trying
to push people out especially the vets. Every Indian gets about $130K a year, including children, just for getting drunk and high, plus maybe a free car, free healthcare, free homes, no land tax, free free free. Yet the Indians wont pay the police a decent wage when they protect their lives and property and booze.
