Bradenton officer suspended for DAVID use

A Bradenton police officer has been suspended without pay for one week for reportedly accessing a police database for non-law enforcement purposes.

Officer Adam Wollard was suspended last month after he was found guilty of misusing access to the State of Florida's Driver and Vehicle Information Database following an investigation by Bradenton Police Department Internal Affairs.

Wollard accessed the DAVID system July 23, 2011, to retrieve drivers license information involving more than 200 people, including fellow police officers, former city and police department employees and civilians.
    And:

The State Attorney's Office has declined to file criminal charges, citing no criminal activity.

Tom Knight didn't even do an IA on why Captain Ron Locke continually used DAVID to search for his former child lover and her mother. Tom Knight is corrupt! This is not over!

AND I believe a Deputy was terminated about 4 years ago for running names for a felon. And Katrina Young at SPD was also terminated for misuse of DAVID. So how does Locke get around the system??

Providing DAVID info to non-leos is a crime. Curiosity is not.

If it is who I THINK you are talking about, he did not run the names questioned and that was per higher people than S/O.
