    Liberty County, Florida Sheriff Fintch

    Has anyone on this blog kept up with the situation in Liberty County, Florida?

    Local, elected Sheriff, Nick Fintch was arrested by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement this past summer in regards to his use of constitutional authority as it pertains to release of a suspect in a case involving 2nd ammedment rights.

    The case is gaining attention in the area and several political questions are being raised.

    Is this of interest to anyone? If so, I'll post some links to articles for review.

    Sheriff Fintch was found NOT Guilty and has been reinstated to his office by the Governor.

    The State Attorney that went after him has some damage control to tend to.
