Cant believe the dyslexic chick has been up there for as long as she has and not been fired. How many times is she going to get kicked off the console during an incident before someone gets the hint?
That dyslexic chick is someone's relative at either city hall or the police department so don't expect her gone. She may end even up at BSO.

The trainer should have been fired in this one. This phone shit goes on all the time at some agencies, on nights in some they even watch movies on their tablets, and some dispatchers even fall asleep on the job and they get away with it. Heck in one agency they even have a dispatcher who barely speaks English and started dispatching in another language when she got flustered. None of this surpises me whatsoever. In a nut shell it is often times not what you know and how capable you are in dealing with emergencies but rather who you know or who you blow. Sad but true. I have see some dispatchers fail and fail miserably time and time again and they are still employed.
