anyone want this was alleged to be a conspiracy theory. fine. if it is not want to explain what it is? and the old disgruntled employee bit is worn down. maybe it was filed by a disgruntled employee but facts are facts. there was obviously wrong doing, carol verdigi has not faced any discipline by pbso and it seems hard to believe that the brass had no idea what was going on.
