    They say we had 102 cops in 1992 and now about 106. WTF ? who is to blame mayor ? chief? or us for not being vocal

    I was with HPD back in 1991 - 1992. I dont think there were that many cops then. If John Truex is still with the department he would know.

    After officers Andrew HPD did have 101-103 HPD should be around 140-145 Officers, You have to have a Chief that will fight for manpower

    I was thinking of dropping a reserve app to keep my cert active. Are reservists seen as scabs? Never done the reserve thing before.
