Rock Bottom

The Seminole Police Dept. has hit rock bottom. Eighty percent of the officers are jumping ship probably from the lack of leadership. The treatment at this department is so bad and it starts with the command. The tribe should check the SPD Human Resource Records and will start to see that the employees are getting lesser and lesser. The night time road supervisors are pitiful and not capable. This department needs a plan you might want to replace the command. No changes at SPD the tribe will start to see bad PUBLICITY. Calls holding, the SPD officers left will be just a few, won't be surprise if you see the tribe on the local news. A lot of officers will soon be gone, maybe if you would have brought back a former leader you might have kept some.

Attached you will find a memorandum in the TRU unit for the north command,,,, Also you will find a memorandum for the following openings. 15 officers in Hollywood, 4 ciu, we need those spots filled asap in that unit we cant have cagney and lacey by themselves, 4 TRU, 4 K9, 2 sgts in BC, 2 in Immokalee, 5 in Hollywood, 3 in BRT, 20 CSA,, all for BRT, 4 dispatchers, and that should cover it, if you have anyone that will sell their soul for a dollar and is over the age of 65 please send via chain of command. It is nice to know that road patrol is going to get paid biweekly starting in October while everyone else gets paid weekly. This department does not care about anyone and it shows. A lot more officers are going to be leaving this dump!!! This department needs a major flushing..

Good point, but there are bigger issues of fairness. You got a set of standards that are different from everyone. You can have two people do the same thing and one will get 3 day suspension and the other wont get anything, maybe an obr at best.Hey Will if you got to ask why moral is bad then you will never know.
