After Harrison was 'run over', the blind Sergeant then decided to shoot at the vehicle more than 12 times, after the vehicle had already stopped?
So he get 'run over' (actually, per his report he gets hit and flips over the windsheild, the rest of the car, etc..), bad guy guy car hits another cop car head on 1 second later. The woozy Sergeant, his eyeglasses stuck to the windshield wipers, thus making him MORE blind, decides to take the time to fire his entire magazine (13 rounds, plus one in the chamber) and then reload? He hit a passenger once, with two other bullets hitting Ofc. Vassilakis' headrest. Really.......?

3 minutes or 3 years, it was wrong then and it's wrong now. There is not an agency anywhere that does not investigate a police shooting, no matter how righteous it looks.
The chief is incompetent to say the least. Sooner or later the Sao or the FBI will catch up with this. In the mean time sleep well.

So what you're showing to everyone here is that we will investigate the hell out of our employees when the drive too fast, don't do a report, etc.....

But a shooting where there are multiple shooters, a blind guy (the sergeant, not the burglar), and 2 inches away from blue on blue tragedy, that incident doesn't get investigated.
