Nothing will happen. Just like everything else in the agency, they don't fire anybody unless the want to, especially in Corrections. It's sad actually how low morale is in the Jail right now!

Yes it is and just sign a card to bring in a union, might shake the administration up to see it's messed up. I think when over the next 12 months when 75 leave for better pay something will give. If nothing else more overtime$$$$

I heard the two guys got off with a slap on the wrist. They left that guy in a van, unsecured, unsupervised for 7-10 hours (stories vary). The 10-15 is crazy and can't speak up for himself so the whole thing gets swept under the rug. I've heard of people getting transferred out of that unit for less.
