The department is a mess. You got people in leardership postions that have no clue to lead. They in the click and the chief to get ahead... The morale sucks, micromanagement at it's best. This department is a three ring circus like the moron supervisors. Funny how the female supervision is about fear and intimidation, gotta prove a point, to see if their crank is bigger.
