    PBSO Aviation Unit

    Does anyone know the process to be hired as a pilot for the aviation unit?
    I'm Certified and a Pilot, How many Helicopters do they have?
    Who is a good contact in the Unit to speak with?

    Any serious information is appreciated

    You have to be a full time deputy first, work the road for 2 years, then apply to the aviation unit. They don't take pilots who are not law enforcement certified.
