Bob Graham should have been fired or retired under Monge or Balkwill.

He could NOT perform the BASIC LEO Fitness test.

Knight did the right thing.

The fact that the BOCC paid out that kind of money is proof positive that Knight doesn't know what he's doing when it comes to employment-labor laws. And the legal advice that he's getting from Kurt Hoffman cost the taxpayers 600k. The problem here is that Knight, Steve Burns and Kurt Hoffman still disagree with the courts because they are obstinate. And now Knight claims to be having mental health problems every day e.g. "I am having anxiety attacks" or "I am worried every day" or similar statements to the commissioners.

Unfortunately, the payouts are still coming to light, with the most recent example being the whistleblowers case where they are exposing (no pun intended) Knight, Locke, and possibly Burns and Hoffman too. Knight's mistakes keep mounting (not decreasing).

As long as deputies continue to sue Knight in court… and as long as Knight continues to lose in court… the truth will continue to expose Knight for what he really is. Court decisions speak loud and clear.

Regardless of Knight's 2nd floor henchmen/naysayers, Sgt. Graham won and was awarded 700,000+ dollars. And now there are multiple other lawsuits being mounted against Knight.

Also, are you calling Mr. Knight an idiot for firing Sgt. Graham -- and for then having to pay over 700k for wrongful termination?

It looks like the facts have been posted in this thread and they are not in favor of Mr. Knight. Do you have legal facts to the contrary?
