gun shots in souf burg

A stray bullet fell from the sky during a Fourth of July celebration and struck him in the face and neck near 16th Street and 10th Avenue South, in St. Pete.

This is just one of the south side incidents. There was another incident in the 4000 block of, I believe, 16 ave south.

WHEN is the SPPD administration going to start becoming extremely pro-active in finding these south-side morons and putting them in jail? :evil:
