A Cry for Help

How do you tell someone you care about at work that he or she is too fat? I am worried for this person's long term health. I am also embarrassed for the agency when this person goes out in public.

Be like "Hey, I just joined this great gym and diet plan...you should try it with me". Or just have a sit-down intervention with them and tell them they're a bit too big.

Be thoughtful where you have this "sit-down" intervention. They may not fit in the booth. Or, just be an adult, and tell their f@t @$$ to get on a treadmill and stop eating McDonald's 6 times a day. Remember: A true friend doesn't tell you what you want to hear. They tell you the truth, even if it hurts.

You can always write them a letter as if it was from the US Postal Service and advice them that they have been issued their own Zip code for their ass; or you could always just mind you own God Dammed business.
Just saying, you fricking busy body.
