Jason Castellano, the wannabe Frank Abagnale Scammer at lage

Hey Miami. There is a super low life among the typical class of low life suckers flourishing in Miami right now. If anyone is in the automotive industry where semi-rare auto parts are needed, this fellow has what you need. That is, if you need to pay for parts and have him rip you off. This happens a few times a day with guy who is already well known across the web and various social automotive groups and federal agencies alike. His name is Jason Castellano or Jasin Castellanos or any other slight variation of that name that will allow him to collect Western Union money orders. He has a vast and decade-long record of ripping people off when they are simply after parts for their cars. Search that name with sub-context 'scammer' or scam and you shall see that he has been running his game for over a decade without serious enough repercussion to stop. He has easily robbed the public, local and otherwise of probably over a million dollars in the last 10 years. I am the most recent idiot-victim with plenty of evidence, including a regular Sprint cell phone number by which he uses to coax his victims. I have reported him to the FBI's IC3 division and supplied them with every bit of detail regarding his scams. He is no doubt on parole or probation for his inability to function in society as we speak or type, rather. Take a look, contact me, request evidence and prevent this low life from slipping under the radar as he has for the last decade. This story may not affect you personally but in the long run, this ass has done wrong to someone you know by some means. Thanks for all you guys do every single day; I fell like my job is rough, ****!

Thank you for making us aware. We are only about 500 miles north of Dade County, but will try and get the message to them. Dade City has it's share of scammers as well. If you're in the area feel free to stop by and share a story or two.

I am in Denver and I don't have any family in Florida but I certainly do wish there was more I could do.. This guy steals from people all over the country but he operates out of the Miami area. It is hard to accept the fact that because he originates his scams via the web, it is out of the hands of the local LE. This fellow is rather infamous and has been at it for years.

Almost worth a plane ticket to Florida to get my $500 back, almost.

If you were a real man you would hop on a plane and pay this clown a visit. If it was me, I would smash his face into a puddle of blood and brain matter.

Tough guy, huh? It's true though, I did review plane ticket costs to Miami the first day. I would probably just catch assault charges and not get my money back though. It would be great if local police(Dade) could get involved and investigate, though.

I registered with this forum to share my woes. I am the latest victim of this a**hole. Shame on me for not googling this guy first; a simple search would've revealed a "scammer alert" on just about every automotive forum out there. I am now out $735 (nearly $800 after the moneygram fee) for a bogus claim to sell me Subaru brake calipers. I plan on reporting him to the FBI IC3 division, Miami Dade PD and Moneygram. Any additional suggestions are welcome.

This time, he identified himself as "Jasen" Castellano (slight variation there) of 2411 NW 3rd St. Miami FL 33125 and used the common phone number (786) 525-1117, and e-mail address ceddistributions@gmail.com. I saved my e-mails, moneygram receipts and will talk to my bank as I used a debit card to pay for it.

Hello I believe I am the newest person to get screwed by this guy his number was 7863826766 and the address he sent was 13450 sw. 134 ave Miami fl. 33175. I paid him ( Jasin Castellano) 414 dollars via money gram today for some bc racing coilovers on evolutionm. I thought something was fishy but I never thought to look his name up. I feel so dumb. Wish I would have seen this a couple of hours ago
