While we are on the never ending subject of water patrol. I agree with many Investigators who believe that they should not be in uniform operating marked vehicles and boats. No I am not an investigator and am not planning to become one. But realistically. What other Agency do you konw of that puts their Investigators in uniform ?

I think everyone in this agency above the officer level should have 0 hours of water patrol. Let the officers do ALL water patrol. That way all the brass will have plenty of time to figure out what other mandates the officer level could fill.
