Well, the news just had BSO and Ft. Lauderdale P.D. doing active shooter training in a real high school with real volunteer students with active non lethal training ammunition. What are hollywood administrators doing to train for future attacks and emergency management preparedness for it's officers? Nothing... The administrators are too busy jockying for percieved tops positions and bullying employees to make themselves feel powerful. True leadership is not attacking your employees it is educating, leading and showing by example. What are you going to do if you get an active shooter at one of your schools? Call BSO? At least they have trained for a real event. Any previously trained officers are going to BSO so you need to reevaluate your emergency preparedness before it's too late.
