ET had a plan the whole time to get Hunker in and for him to become an assistant chief. In fact Ed even closed his practice. He has been on a mission since being DQ'd by us 30 years ago. He then tried to get a couple of his academy mates a job here even though the date to apply had expired.

Hunker sent a Miami Beach Commissioner to the Police Academy sponsored by the BHPD. Tobin pulled strings to get Hunker hired. Tommy even failed to advance to the top three and was allowed to proceed anyway. That is corruption in any Goverment Agency.

TH and ET might be as you say corrupt. But your boy Major AV aka Man Child does'nt fall far behind. The man/child has been screwing up since he was hired.
He has demonstrated criminal intent & behavior throughout his hole carrier.

Just take a look at his internal affairs file.
The biggest stinker is that he is using our FOP attorney for the complaint.
