Here's a ****ing brilliant idea... how about CCPD off load all its ****ing garbage cops, which we all can think of a few... pill head one, maybe sgt. Catastropy ( maximum), Capt. 30 yrs? And hire real candidates off the hiring list that aren't family friends or have questionable backgrounds. Maybe CCPD should invest in quality and not the cheapest applicate.
