Leroy is a good Sergeant. Might be a little backwoods, but he treats his people right.

Well i think weight is an issue for all of the sergeants except for H. But the midget was born that height and it is kinda in his genetics, so it is hard to hold it against him. He may also be a wanna be but thats what happens when you place someone in that kinda of roll because of ethnicity rather than skill.

But remember its all about "public perception". Thats what the community wants.

And in closing it is easy to be the best when there is not a lot to compete with. Sgt. H may be best; highly unlikely, its like picking the best kid in the special class.
