12 Hour Shifts

I say we try out the 12 hour shifts. 2 week pay period. More officers on the road. City saves money.

I think the 12 hour shift will be good for everyone. Everyone will have every other weekend off. More officers on the road at a single time and less OT needed to be paid out to cover the manpower shortage. Lets do it!!,

Tommy Hunker brought the 12 hours shifts to Bal Harbour PD and everyone loved him for it. Maybe if the next NMB Chief was to be Tom Hunker the 12 hours shifts could be instituted soon thereafter!
