2013 Legislature Attack on Pensions

The Florida State Fraternal Order of Police is taking the lead to challenge several members of the 2013 legislature in the effort to protect pension and benefits earned by FRS participating employees. It appears the attack is an effort to balance the budget on the backs of state FRS members. Come tonight to the FOP lodge, 1825 11th St West, Bradenton and voice your concerns at 6:00 PM meal and meeting to follow.

Last nights meeting was great for the Brothers and Sisters who turned out. Hopefully they will carry back the message these are the worset of times to be a public servant. Brother Jeff McAdams, State FOP Legislative Chairman, gave a heart felt presentation as how Tallahasee has began to eat their own.
