Sheriff email confirming pay raise for top brass
Sheriff Prummell, even though you cut
positions to save money why was it necessary
to give only your commanders a raise? People
Below them are not important? Citizens should
be Proud of you.

Re: Sheriff email confirming pay raise for top brass
If there wasn't enough funds available for everyone in the agency to get a raise, then no raises should have been given to anyone. Talk about a blow to the already low morale. And please don't try to gloss it over saying some in command staff were given additional responsibilities so a raise was warranted. I don't see any of them working over their 40 hours so they obviously didn't have enough work to keep them occupied in the first place. And no, walking around the office with a coffee cup in your hand waiting for the next birthday cake to be cut does not count as work.

Re: Sheriff email confirming pay raise for top brass
Just remember this when re-election comes/ or if he promotes someone to fill his shoes.
There are candidates documenting everything and just waiting for next election.
Never forget.

Re: Sheriff email confirming pay raise for top brass
It has been said or thought that no one in admin reads LEO Affairs, well I beg to differ. His email goes to address several things mentioned here on the board. (Do not take that as I agree or disagree on his reply) So keep it up, they do read this board.

Re: Sheriff email confirming pay raise for top brass
Do a public records request if you want to see it- this way no one gets in trouble for putting an agency e-mail online.
