    Selection process

    What ever happened to having oral boards for the selection process when applying for units? I have seen it has becoming more and more common to skip this step and having officers selected based only on evaluations and recommendations . I am only asking because when I first started having an oral board seemed to be the norm. Now it doesn't

    You need to kiss a$$ to go anywhere. Evals don't mean anything.
