3% Contribution Upheld by Florida Supreme Court

So the Florida Supreme Court upholds the 3% employee contribution last week and because 3% of next to nothing equals next to nothing, not a word is said about it on the HCSO pages.

Have any of you ever done the math to see what the total annual employee contribution to FRS by HCSO might be? Many sheriffs throughout the state have budgeted for and justified picking up the 3% contribution as an added employee benefit. In other words, they look out for their employees!

Think that would ever happen here?

He (WS) cannot understand and explain a budget, what makes you think he could even comprehend that far out?

NORMAL agencies have already addressed this issue and have put it to rest. Since he cannot explain it, and all of the promotions and pay raises have been going on, employees are getting nothing. No raises, No COLA, no ANYTHING.

What they are getting is a shaft right up the ol buttcrack. But they elect to remain and support him so GET SOME!

Cannot complain when nobody does anything to get rid of him.
