Chief got her ass handed to her at a neighborhood meeting that went sideways. She got flustered and said some things she should not have such as she doesn’t need to be at SPD and could retire and walk away. Probably the most unprofessional and morale killing thing Ive ever heard a chief say. Get the hell out then. This just exemplifies how unprepared she is to lead SPD. No clue how to handle adversity or minds that don’t think like her. The little queen got slapped down and she can’t handle it. Ha ha. It was funny to watch the video and see her squirm. (And to see she needs to buy some bigger pants.) She kept repeating, "we are looking at doing, this, we are looking at doing that, we are looking at ...) In other words, you've done nothing.

So, after Capt. JT yells at MK for using his phone during training, Capt JT brings his computer to the last in service training, checking emails as trainers instruct. Typical, do as I say, not as I do. We should have Forth in that position.
