    GOD HELP YOU GUYS IF CACERES BECOMES CHIEF IN SOUTH MIAMI. THIS GUY IS A SHAKE AND BAKE. HE IS AFRAID OF HIS OWN SHADOW AND WILL THROW YOU UNDER THE BUS.

    THE GUY YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT WANTS NO PART OF SOUTH MIAMI. HE HAS SEEN HOW CHIEFS ARE TREATED IN THIS COMMUNITY. HOWEVER, THEY GUY WHO IS LOBBYING FOR THE JOB IS LUIS VEGA. HIS BUDDY ARMANDO HAS BEEN SPEAKING TO THE MAYOR ABOUT HIM AND LUIS CANT WAIT TO GET BACK INTO THE GAME.
