and Happy New Year !
A 2% reduction in pay....what does that make now over the past couple of years, 7%.
What is wrong with this picture?
Good thing the Sheriff gave back the overage he had at the end of the year. Don't give it to your hard working employees, that would only make them happy!! ops:

Re: Merry Christmas
But, as all politicians do, he will just point his finger at some other politician, blaming the other guy. The reality is we should be pointing the finger at the voting public. We are the ones that keep putting these morons in office.
Let's face it. The USA has become a "what's in it for me?" society. Not many people respect the job we do. Therefore, they don't care that we are falling on hard times. How many of us are going through divorce over financial stress, foreclosing, bankruptcy, ect. Do you think Joe Citizen really cares? After all, the only interaction they usually have with us is when one of us is stroking them a ticket for $201 bucks.
Hopefully this new Community Policing Strategy will bring us closer to the community.
