I have a feeling that conducting an IA without interviewing the subject of the IA is legit, It shouldn't be, but it is. PBA needs to change this and make it part of the officers bill of rights which not only lays down the guidelines for interviews, it also makes it a law that there is an interview.

Matt,
I'm not that knowledgeable about FHP Union dealings so I hope everyone will grant me some courtesy on this topic.
My question is this: Is there anyway to get FHP Civilians some representation? I see that PBCSO Civilians are represented and it is desperately needed in this agency. No disrespect to the Sworn members, but we should have received that 5% raise as well.
What would it take to get something going and what, if anything, is possible for FHP Civilians.
