Re: Union Rep Retaliation
Please don't forget that anyone in any specialized unit can be transferred out at any time for any reason or for no reason so no one can fight that.

This post is hilarious, none of you PBA d-bags had any problem getting Cush jobs because of your affiliation with the PBA, but now it is some atrocity if you lose it. Yeah right, you sold out. I don't have an issue with all of the reps but BL, JP, JL, and Lt. RP sold out for jobs they aren't competent for.

Re: Union Rep Retaliation
Jeff is a great cop and I consider him a friend. I feel bad for what he's going through. However, if you play with fire you're going to get burnt someday. He watches the way other good cops were thrown under the bus buy people he was tightly allined with; Jenne, Lamberti, and Fondo and now its his turn. Pushing a green and white for base salary is humbling for us ex-SID types. Maybe it'll do hom so good.

Re: Union Rep Retaliation
What nerve these low life pos have to threaten if they're moved from their cushy jobs. Understand this you one way fuks, you got their because you sold the membershio out. We sent you in to negotiate on our behalf and you go in there and negotiate the best positions for yourselves in exchange for forcing contracts down the throats of the members. And how is it that 85% of the agency wanted ti endorse SI and you, poole, lahiff and enrigue decide you wikk make that decision and endorse who you want. Who the fuk are you? We the pay millions for the pba to be our voice not a select few pos reps. So I hope SI outs you all on road patrol in the night shirt so you can work with the backbone of the agency, the men and woman who bust their butts to serve the community and keep them safe. So if you try and naje a stink it will show how you feel about the paying members. That you think you are above them abd you're not. Road patrol should never be a viewed as a punishment, its the job you applied for. So don't feel entitled just because you were bought by the last two administrations. We should all get with Brass balls Trudel and let him steer us away from the trash pba that has always screwed us because the leaders were Hollywood and cabt stand us. Why do we pay these jacka$$es??? To screw us? If they want to force us ti keep them until the next perc election, fine, but that doesn't mean we have to remain memebers and keep paying them. Let them work with 0 budget and see how long they want to hikd us hostage. So if the listed trash thinks we are going to feel bad if they are transfered, you're dreaming, we the membership, want you returned to roadpatrol because you got those special jobs the wrong way, using the position WE gave you. Sheriff Isreal, we the membership, your deputies have your back.

Re: Union Rep Retaliation
I'm no fan of the PBA 8 blind mice but see it from my end, how is it their fault? They negotiated the contact yes but WE voted on it, or at some of us voted on it. Only 616 votes were cast out of 1600. We have only to blame ourselves!

Re: Union Rep Retaliation
Well first off let's recognize its bit retaliation, its taking away something they didn't earn. They obtained it fraudulently. People didn't vote because they knew it was a lose lose situation. If it didn't pass, we were going to get screwed with higher insurance cost for tgat crappy insurance that was shoved down out throats while the reps in specialtt units pushed for it to keep those cushy jobs. How about the sheriff endorsement? If 85% of the empliyees wanted SI shouldn't the pba endorse him as they did in the primary? But it was lahiff, poole and Enrique that voted among themselves. They voted to keep those cushy jobs and not be the voice of the members. They walk around like they are command staff and everytime they were about to get bounced or disciplined they used their position to wiggle themselves out of it.
