    I'm having trouble understanding this. How does a the police department of a tiny, beachside community in Dade County get involved in joint operations with a very rural county a hundred miles and four counties away? That fact alone should have set off alarm bells with whomever was funding these joint ventures.

    Really? How do you justify being conected to this mess by having a K9 in Miami dade working for Glades County as part of this corruption? Greed County instead of Glades county
