Well there we have it. To all my undecided friends inside and outside the MCSO, this is an example of the mind trust that pervades the admin staff and other Ramsay Clones. Their management philosophy in response to unhappy staff members is to say "don't let the screen door hit ya were the Good Lord split ya." What a waste of money, to have to continually train and retrain officers who flee the county.

This has been the mind set of this administration ever since Roth and McDonald and now Ramsay. It is all they know. It's not Ramsay's fault that is how he was trained, but it is his fault for not changing the philosophy of the Admin Staff soon after he went to the highly acclaimed management classes he brags about. After all, didn't he graduate from the FBI National Academy and their University of Louisville Southern Police Institute's Command Officers Development school.

I know that it is a fact they spent a great amount of time discussing managing the post baby boom officers. Each generation of officers that have hit the streets since the 1990's and forward brings an different set of motivating factors?

Google motivating Gen X and Gen Y police officers and soon to be hitting the streets in greater numbers the Millennial police officers. You will not find the screen door mentioned anywhere.

There are no certificates or documents in Ramsay's file to support or deny that he graduated from the FBI school. So the question remains, "Did he graduate or just get a certificate of attendance"? With all of his other deceptions and a lie or two one has to wonder.

Why should we leave, why dont the overbloated sh¡t for brains admin personel treat everyone equally and then we wont feel like we do. But instead certain people are allowed to not follow the rules if you kiss enough admin ass. As long as you are their do boy you will be protected. But god forbid you have a mind of your own and want to speak up against the bullshit that goes on. We are then told to hit the door.
