I know that it is a fact they spent a great amount of time discussing managing the post baby boom officers. Each generation of officers that have hit the streets since the 1990's and forward brings an different set of motivating factors?
Google motivating Gen X and Gen Y police officers and soon to be hitting the streets in greater numbers the Millennial police officers. You will not find the screen door mentioned anywhere.

There are no certificates or documents in Ramsay's file to support or deny that he graduated from the FBI school. So the question remains, "Did he graduate or just get a certificate of attendance"? With all of his other deceptions and a lie or two one has to wonder.

Why should we leave, why dont the overbloated sh¡t for brains admin personel treat everyone equally and then we wont feel like we do. But instead certain people are allowed to not follow the rules if you kiss enough admin ass. As long as you are their do boy you will be protected. But god forbid you have a mind of your own and want to speak up against the bullshit that goes on. We are then told to hit the door. I have an idea why dont you kiss your ass good bye when peteck wins and cans all of you.

Seems as if nothing changes. The Keys are the Keys. Good and bad behavior abound. How long before politics get out of the way and a decent law enforcers get the nod? $$$ increases are not in line with normal raises. Fears and rumors abound.
