After several battles with city counsel officers starting salary will be 50500 at Hollywood PD. At whatever rate MCSO will always be the lowest starting salary agency in South Florida. We will never catch up to other agencies and yet the cost of living keeps rising. Another sad day for Monroe County deputies.
