Why does leoaffairs / Miami Police Mods allow racist posts??

It’s truly a shame that the moderators of the Miami Police page would allow open racism and racists, a voice on their page, against a segment of their officers. And Its been going on for years. In my experience, when an officer keys his "mic" for a 3-15, race is simply irrelevant, for the officer needing help and the one racing through to streets to render aid. Why do they allow, a small percentage of racists to divide and foment animosity between officers. Even if it’s your opinion, then enjoy it with your friends and family, but it’s not wise to introduce this “cancer” in an environment where cohesion could mean like and death. It’s a fool’s game. This department is already fractured on so many levels. We know that racism is alive and well, and disparaging remarks about African Americans are celebrated in many circles, but to have "hate speech" routinely posted on a law enforcement cite such as this is truly troubling.

Sorry that it took this long to reply to your post.
We have been busy drafting a proposed legislation to change Black History month from February to Black History Hour in August with a 30 minute intermission.
This should be just about enough time to showcase your contributions to this nation
    Stay tuned!

It would seem to me that there are enough issues with you all and FHP to keep you busy without having to horn-in on what is happening with the City of Miami Board.
What goes on at Miami PD is an internal issue and has nothing to do with you and yours; so mind your own business.
For your information, your statement about 3/15s is incorrect; requests for 3/15s are being ignored and there are serious issues.
By the way, Cancer cells are black; coincidence?
